Join a small team of highly motivated and energetic people to market and sell our locally made Push Pin Maps for travelers to share their stories and reminisce on their most cherished memories!

​

We're an artistic Calgary company that manufactures and sells products in the Home Decor / Travel category, looking to build our Sales Team through Executive Sales training.

Job Description:

​

We're looking for the ideal candidate to double our sales in 2026, so only apply if you are ambitious enough to set an ambitious target for the year.

​

This position starts at $17 + commission, with direct training from the founders of the company to build you up to our Sales Executive within 1 year. Advancement in hourly pay during this year is always open for negotiation. You bring more value to the company, you deserve to earn more.

​

You'll be attending exhibitions in Calgary and perhaps across the country, developing and building upon retail partnerships, responding to customer inquiries and leads, lead generation, custom map sales process, and driving sales growth.

​

The long-term vision of this onboarding is to improve upon and develop our sales system, and have you lead the sales team that you will hire for, and grow as the year goes on.

​

This is a performance-driven opportunity - we're looking for someone who can help us reach our aggressive growth targets and capitalize on our busiest sales periods. Becoming an integral part of leadership at Wanderlust Creatures Inc.

 

Responsibilities:

• Attend high-ROI exhibitions

• Develop and maintain relationships with boutique retail partners

• Sell custom map solutions to high-value clients

• Support showroom operations during leadership travel

• Develop and grow our CRM and Sales Procedures

• Build a sales team with the goal of managing as a Sales Executive

• Drive sales during our seasonal peaks (Oct-Jan, June-Aug) and valleys (Feb-May)

 

Earning Potential:
An excellent salesperson can expect to earn $3,000-$6,000+ per month with our tiered commission structure that rewards high performance.

Requirements:

• Sales experience with high-ticket items

• Strong communication skills - you'll represent our brand at premium events
