The role
We’re hiring a Fulfillment Lead + Administration + Showroom Sales Support team member.
This role is for someone who can own the day-to-day flow of orders and customer communication, keep our inbox organized and moving, and support sales in our showroom (and occasionally at exhibitions). You’ll be a key part of keeping the business running smoothly—especially during our seasonal peaks.
This is a performance-driven opportunity. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in results, follows through, and helps us hit growth targets.
What you’ll do
Fulfillment & quality control

Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders (accuracy, condition, completeness, repairs & paint touch-ups)

Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment

Maintain clean, consistent packing standards that match our premium brand

Flag issues early (damaged items, missing inventory, order notes that need clarification)
Administration (email + organization)

Answer customer emails with a calm, professional, solution-first tone

Organize and maintain our inbox so nothing gets missed (labels, follow-ups, handoffs)

Track customer issues and resolutions clearly so the team can support each other

Support light reporting and process improvements (templates, checklists, systems)
Sales support (showroom + exhibitions)

Support showroom operations when leadership is traveling or in production

Help customers choose the right map size/style and accessories

Support custom map inquiries (collect details, keep the process organized, hand off as needed)

Attend select high-ROI exhibitions/events and represent the brand professionally

Help strengthen relationships with boutique retail partners through great follow-up and service
What success looks like

Orders go out accurately and on time, with strong attention to detail

The inbox stays organized, customers feel cared for, and issues get resolved quickly

Showroom customers have a great experience and feel confident in their purchase

You bring ideas that improve workflow, reduce mistakes, and increase sales support capacity
What we’re looking for

Experience in fulfillment, customer service, retail sales, or admin (any combination is great)

Strong written communication (you’ll be representing our brand in email)

Detail-oriented and organized—checklists and follow-through are your thing

Comfortable talking to customers and supporting premium purchases

Self-motivated and reliable (you don’t need constant supervision to stay on track)

Bonus: you love travel, maps, home decor, gifting, or handmade products

Compensation
